Our Quality process would include keeping a check on the amount of Information collected from a customer, identification of any urgent or important problems or issues, relevant feedbacks, Remote and side by side Monitoring and solution to any issues through resolution plans and programs.
Clients are us: In this program, we let our clients talk to our agents or monitor them and give them relevant feedbacks. Satisfaction level of our clients has improved tremendously due to this program.
The Judges Program: In this program, the agent is given feedbacks not just by one Quality analyst but three. This program helps an agent identify all his/her faults and also helps him/her improve through multiple feedbacks given by all the three different Quality Analysts.
