For our IT division, we are hiring web and mobile technology specialist and for the BPO, we want people with good communication skills with strong IQ levels.

WHAT KIND OF EMPLOYMENT MOTIVATIONAL WORKSHOPS ARE CONDUCTED IN LIMTEX?

Workshops which help one discover the importance of self motivation, workshops which focus on creating winners. People are born to win but are not necessarily winners; the company encourages people to step forward and share their knowledge by conducting workshops themselves. We also invite recognised speakers and organisations who have immense experience in conducting workshops on character development, communication, etiquettes, time management and goal setting. Associates are also certified at the end of these workshops, these certificates add great value to their individual profiles. There are also workshops on pranic healing, social awareness and the importance of contributing to the society. In addition to this, there are events and parties to have team bonding, there are also events dedicated to rewards and recognitions.

Open door policies, skip level meetings, one to one sessions are regularly done. Setting up the right expectations is extremely important, be it employer or employee expectations, we have a section focusing on expectations in our associate inductions so that every associate knows what to expect and when to expect it. So everyone is self motivated from the word go!
